Holiday Postal Dates
To receive your order in time for Christmas please place an order by these dates:
Australia – 3rd December
USA, Canada, Asia & South America – 9th December
Eastern Europe -10th December
Western Europe – 16th December
United Kingdom – 21st December for 1st Class
All UK orders are sent first class and international orders are sent by tracked delivery.

We can include your personal message and send a gift directly to friends and family. Simply add it in the notes section just before checking out.
We hope that you are delighted with your purchase. However, we do understand you may sometimes wish to return some items. Please write to us at email@example.com if you wish to return your order. We are happy to exchange or refund within 14 days from receipt as long as the items are returned in the original condition. Please note that we cannot cover the cost of return postage unless the item was faulty when you received it.
In the unlikely event that the item you have received is faulty, please let us know with 24 hours of receipt. Please wrap the item securely & use an insured trackable method -registered/recorded/special delivery to return it to us. Please retain your proof of postage. For return of faulty items, we will refund the cost of the item & the cost of sending it back to us.
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange/refund if the item is damaged during transit or if it is not in the original/saleable condition. Please note that we are unable to refund/exchange items that were made to your specifications.
All international refunds will be made in Pound Sterling.
